GUARANTEE

Here at Kazoua's Beauty Studio, we take great pride in the work we do! If you have any concerns with any of the services you receive, let us know within 24 hours and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge! Please note that the secondary appointment to fix any problems must be done within a 48-hour period from the initial appointment. If you are unable to come in within the 48-hour time frame, this guarantee policy will be forfeited.

*This policy does not apply to clients who are late to their scheduled appointments.

CANCELLATIONS

Kazoua's Beauty Studio requires a 24-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee. Late cancellations due to unforeseen emergencies will be waived and you will not be charged the service cancellation fee as long as you contact us. To prevent any abuse of this policy, each client will be allowed only one waive-able late cancellation fee per calendar year.

NO-SHOWS

If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 30% of the scheduled service fee.

RUNNING LATE

Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Running late will result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available. If you are late for half or more than half of your scheduled appointment, we will not be able to provide you with your service and you will be charged 30% of the scheduled service fee. Clients who are late to their appointment will not qualify for the guarantee policy.

REFUNDS

Kazoua's Beauty Studio does not offer refunds on services and/or retail products. We do however, offer a guarantee policy (see above). Refunds are not given for allergic reactions. If you are concerned about a possible allergic reaction, a patch test can be administered a few days before your appointment (free).

Allergies: If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during the service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. Please note that we are not medical professionals and cannot give you any medical advice. If you think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered a few days before your appointment (free). Patch tests are not required but are highly recommended and should be done at least 72 hours prior to getting extensions. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions. Lash removals will be offered free of charge.

NEW CLIENT REFILLS

Unfortunately, we do not accept new clients looking to get a fill from another lash artist. We will be more than happy to offer a free lash removal and give you a brand new full set.

CELL PHONES

Please be respectful towards your lash stylist and silence your cell phone before your eyelash extension session and refrain from having phone conversations or texting during your appointment. While the lash extensions are being applied, your eyes need to remain closed. A ringing cell phone can be a distraction and trigger the urge to open your eyes unexpectedly. Feel free to take a nap. Lash naps are the best!

CHILDREN/GUESTS

We are unable to accommodate children or extra guests in the lash room. Thank you for understanding.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Our minimum age requirement for services is 18 years of age. Anyone 17 or younger will need written parental/guardian permission.
